Packages are shipped by COLISSIMO. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided when placing your order. A tracking email will be sent when your order is processed. If you have not received an email, please contact bb_dress@outlook.fr so we can provide you with this information.

Once the order has been shipped, take into account the following delivery time (depending on the shipping area and subject to delays on the part of the carrier):

France: 2-5 working days
Other countries: 3-14 working days

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, BBDRESS is no longer responsible for any problems/delays on the part of the carrier or delivery issues. Delivery times may vary depending on the time of year.
Orders sent outside the European Union may be subject to customs inspections, which may result in customs fees. BBDRESS does not cover these costs. If an item is returned from a country outside the EU, customs fees may be charged to us. We would unfortunately be forced to refuse the package, which will be returned to the customer.
