Return policy: 14 days.
Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return an item (based on the receipt date indicated in the tracking). Unless otherwise agreed upon, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Returns after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the mailing address required for return shipping. Without approval, the return will not be eligible for a refund. Returns made to a collection point are not accepted.
Important: Sale items are not eligible for refund.
The product must be returned:
unwashed
not worn
without stain
odorless
in its original packaging (BBDRESS bag + label still attached).
It is your responsibility to provide a return tracking number to check the progress of the package to the return address. Any item damaged after being worn by the consumer cannot be the subject of a "quality" claim.
Please provide us with your first/last name/order number in the return package. Once the package is received, the product will be inspected. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving your return package.
Unless otherwise agreed, full refunds for the affected item will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Orders returned from outside the European Union are not eligible for refunds due to customs charges. These orders will be refused and returned to the customer.
