ARTICLE 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION OF THE GTC
The general terms and conditions of sale listed below apply to all orders placed on the website www.bbdress.fr, without restriction or reservation. The buyer is therefore deemed to accept them without reservation at the time of purchase. BBDRESS reserves the right to modify its general terms and conditions from time to time.
ARTICLE 2: CONTENT
These general conditions of sale govern the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale of goods via the site www.bbdress.fr
The buyer declares to have read these conditions at the time of purchase and, consequently, accepts them. They are therefore binding on him as soon as the sale is concluded.
BBDRESS offers ready-to-wear and accessories. Each product listed on the site includes a description, including the essential characteristics of the item, its price including tax, and at least one photograph of the product. All photographs on the site are therefore the property of BBDRESS or the result of collaborations concluded with "third parties" who have previously agreed to the use of the photographs for sales purposes.
Stocks are updated automatically after each order, 24/7. In the event that the buyer has ordered a product that is unfortunately unavailable, BBDRESS undertakes to contact the buyer to process the refund within 14 working days of the order. If the buyer accepts, the product can be shipped within 30 working days of the sale, at BBDRESS's expense, in the event of a return to stock.
ARTICLE 3: ORDER
Orders placed on the website www.bbdress.fr require acceptance of these terms and conditions. All sales are made via the website mentioned above. Buyers can contact BBDRESS via the email address bbdress@outlook.fr to obtain the necessary and desired information.
ARTICLE 4: PRICE
All prices for items offered are in euros. Taxes included. Customs fees not included.

Order processing: 1 to 4 business days.

Packages are shipped by La Poste (So colissimo). Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided when placing your order. A tracking email will be sent once the order is processed. If you have not received an email, please contact bbdress@outlook.fr so we can provide you with this information.
Once the order has been shipped, please take into account the following delivery time (depending on the shipping area and subject to delays on the part of the carrier):
France: 2-5 working days
Other countries: 3-14 working days
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, BBDRESS is no longer responsible for any problems/delays on the part of the carrier or delivery issues. Delivery times may vary depending on the time of year.
Orders sent outside the European Union may be subject to customs inspections, which may result in customs fees. BBDRESS does not cover these costs. If an item is returned from a country outside the EU, customs fees may be charged to us. We would unfortunately be forced to refuse the package, which will be returned to the customer.

ARTICLE 6: METHOD OF PAYMENT
There are different payment methods offered on the site: - Paypal
- Bank card: data is encrypted and secure.
ARTICLE 7: RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Return policy: 14 days.
Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return an item (based on the receipt date indicated in the tracking). Unless otherwise agreed upon, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Returns after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the mailing address required for return shipping. Without approval, the return will not be eligible for a refund. Returns made to a collection point are not accepted.
Important: Sale items are not eligible for refund.
The product must be returned:
unwashed
not worn
without stain
odorless
in its original packaging (BBDRESS bag + label still attached).
It is your responsibility to provide a return tracking number to check the progress of the package to the return address. Any item damaged after being worn by the consumer cannot be the subject of a "quality" claim.
Please provide us with your first/last name/order number in the return package. Once the package is received, the product will be inspected. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving your return package.
Unless otherwise agreed, full refunds for the affected item will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We do not offer exchanges for BBDRESS products. To exchange an item, we recommend returning it for a refund. Once the refund has been processed, you can purchase it separately.
Orders returned from outside the European Union are not eligible for refunds due to customs charges. These orders will be refused and returned to the customer.
ARTICLE 8: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
No compensation may be claimed by the buyer in the event of an external event disrupting BBDRESS's services in its obligation of means towards the buyer as described above.
External event: epidemic, bad weather or postal service strikes.
